At The Watkins Company, we know that people today are following a variety of diets, each with its specific approach and suggested foods. Our spice and extract products are key ingredients that fit into a variety of food and beverages that are a part of these diets. All of our spices and extracts have less than 1 gram of fat and 1 gram or less of carbohydrates per serving. It does vary on a product-by-product basis, with many having less than 1 gram or even zero grams of fats and/or carbohydrates. Our spices are a great accompaniment to meats and vegetables to add flavor and variety. Our extracts make baked goods, beverages, and smoothies taste great.
